Set in the heart of Gastown, guests will experience the harmonious fusion of culinary craftsmanship and Nikka spirit excellence as each dish is thoughtfully paired with Nikka creations.

As a special addition, we will also welcome guest bartender Hisatsugu Saito from Bar OWL&ROOSTER in Sapporo to start the evening with a cocktail creation from his town in Hokkaido, Japan.
