Zahir Touch
The Zahir Touch was awarded “Best Cocktail” at the Paris Cocktails Spirits bar show in 2014.
Ingredients
• 40 ml of Nikka Coffey Malt whisky
• 10ml of Sloe Gin
• 10 ml of Aperol
• 1 dash of orange bitters
Instructions
Stir and strain into a chilled glass. Express an orange zest and garnish with an edible flower.
