The fruit is grown in the Gualtallary Appellation in Argentina's Uco Valley, which is recognized as one of the most prized wine regions of Argentina. This particular region has a microclimate that allows slow maturation for greater concentration and abundance of flavour. The wine profiles show great freshness and minerality, which distinguishes them among the best of Argentina. To further this, the winery is certified sustainable and is committed to the preservation of the ecosystem. Originally planted on virgin land, the intention is to ensure the land has a healthy future.
