Champagne Vincent d'Astree
↓
The Vincent d'Astree Champagne house began with a handful of winegrowers in 1956 in the town of Pierry, on the edge of Epernay. Pierry's renown in the 17th century is owed to Friar Oudart, friend of Dom Perignon, who developed the Oudart method of sparkling wine production. This production style became known as "Vin de Pierry". Consequently, this sparkling wine style became sought after by French nobility.
Today, Champagne Vincent d’Astree has a team of over 250 winegrowers working with Premier Cru vineyards. They have a modernized, thermo-regulated winery and expert champagne production knowledge. All this know-how contributes to the success and high quality of their award-winning products, which are sold internationally.

Situated in Pierry, France
The winery's vineyards are grown on Premier Cru plots situated in the Epernay Coteaux Sud. These Cru lots are south facing, which gives excellent sun exposure all day long for critical fruit maturation. The terroir of their 85-hectare vineyards is all-important due to its flint composition, which dates back 145 million years ago. The clay-limestone subsoil layers impart great minerality and uniqueness to the wines.
The multi-generational wine growers care for the vineyards and employ know-how passed down through several generations. All plots are certified "High Environmental Value", attesting to the excellent vineyard management. Harvesting is all hand done and only the best fruit is chosen for each terroir's cuvee.
