Produced from local French barley, this French single malt is aged for six years in bourbon barrels before finishing in Sherry Casks for a minimum of six months. The palate is lively and intense, evoking flavours of apples, sherry fruit and pepper spice, before a long finish of caramel and marine brininess, influenced by the Celtic Sea.
