Produced from Barbaresco Nebbiolo grapes just after pressing and brought to the distillery still wet and soft with retained Nebbiolo aromas and flavours. The one year of oak ageing adds another dimension to the elegance of the Nebbiolo as we sense red cherries and berries wafting out of the glass, mixed in with vanilla oak and dried orange citrus. The palate shows more vanilla and beautiful red fruit texture with continues into the lusty finish.
