This edition is made precisely to Marcus Pickerings' grandfather's original recipe, as it was written down in Mount Mary, Bombay in 1947. The recipe retains all the original spices of cardamom, fennel, anise, cloves and cinnamon, imparting distinct fragrance and warmth to the gin.
