One of Treveri’s flagship wines, the Blanc de Blancs Brut is the wine that launched the brand back in 2010. Made in the Méthode Traditionnelle style, the Brut forges old world methods together with new world fruit, carefully sourced from the Pleasant and Hilltop vineyards in the Yakima Valley. This wine opens with notes of green apple and a hint of brioche, balanced by bright acidity and a touch of yeast on the palate for a cool, crisp finish.
