This Pecorino wine is a classic expression of an ancient Italian variety. It's named after the Italian word for sheep — “Pecora” — that feed off these golden grapes. Aromas of wild honey, citrus and floral notes fill the nose, leading into a structured palate of light honeysuckle, pear and apricot.
