The knowledge acquired from the previous D’Aulan owners, proprietors of Piper Heidsieck, is evident in this sparkling wine. The terroir of Tokaj and the expertise of Chateau Dereszla shines here. It is produced using the Méthode Traditionnelle from the most authentic grape variety of the Tokaj Wine Region, Furmint. The wine shows elegance, a balanced texture, fresh acidity, along with nice spiciness. After the fermentation the bottles were disgorged after 14 months aging sur lees.
