This fine, Gran Selezione is highly fragrant with violet florals merging nicely into black cherries and dark fruits. The full bodied palate is complemented by black and berry fruits which are framed by terroir driven minerality and structured, youthful tannins. It will evolve nicely with further bottle ageing. Pairs well with red meats, roast boar, tomato based pastas and medium cheeses.
